His pioneering work in AI-driven digital agents and knowledge retention systems has enabled organizations to leverage AI for intelligent automation and operational excellence.

Ron is also a holder of multiple patents and the architect of the world’s first commercial audio and video streaming service. He exemplifies first-principles thinking and large-scale innovation.

His executive leadership at Shepard, LTD and McTech Group positioned him as a global business strategist, navigating complex international markets and building partnerships with Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Kroger, and other industry leaders.

Mike’s groundbreaking work in Generative AI, Automated Reasoning, and Special Purpose Intelligence was so impactful that the International Data Corporation (IDC) created a new category, Deep Automation, in recognition of his contributions.
